BERTRAND DE BILLY conducts "Les Contes d’Hoffmann" and "Die Fledermaus" at the Vienna State Opera

BERTRAND DE BILLY conducts Les Contes d’Hoffmann and Die Fledermaus at the Vienna State Opera.

Performances of Les Contes d’Hoffmann will take place on December 13, 16, 19, and 22, 2024.

Performances of Die Fledermaus are scheduled for December 31, 2024, as well as January 1 and 4, 2025.

French-Swiss conductor Bertrand de Billy is one of the most important artists on both the opera stage and the concert platform. He regularly performs at the Vienna State Opera, where this season he will also conduct the revivals of "Roméo et Juliette. Additionally, he will return to the Staatsoper Unter den Linden with "Nabucco." On the concert stage this season, he will conduct renowned orchestras such as the Orchestre National de France, the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo, the Orchestre Suisse Romande, the Bamberg Symphony, the Philharmonic State Orchestra Hamburg, as well as the Iceland Symphony Orchestra and the Malmö Symphony Orchestra.
