Bertrand de Billy returns to the Berlin State Opera to conduct Carmen

For the first time in more than two decades, BERTRAND DE BILLY returns to the Staatsoper Unter den Linden to conduct Bizet’s “Carmen”, a title he has conducted at nearly every major opera house in the world.
